We provide data recovery services if the motherboard is damaged. Whether your device has suffered water damage, a major shock, or just suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason, we have the experience to recover your data. Electronic devices can last a long time, but sometimes they fail unexpectedly.
NOTE. We do not provide data recovery for data that has been erased or accidentally deleted, or for bypassing passwords to access data.
How much does the data recovery service cost?
There is a minimum fee for data recovery, which depends on the extent of damage to the motherboard and its condition.
You can find out the approximate cost of repair before sending the device to us. Just contact us via WhatsApp, describe the problems with your device and indicate the model. We will respond with an estimated cost based on the information you provide.
What are we doing?
Our role is to repair the device until it turns on and is detected by the computer for backup. You can usually perform a backup yourself in this state. In more serious cases where the screen is also damaged, we can help transfer the data, but you will need another iPhone to which we can clone the data.
NOTE. To recover your data, you must remember your password. We are not responsible for this.
Our work
Once the device is able to turn on and the data remains unchanged from its pre-damage state, we will not be held liable if you are unable to remember the password. If you are unable to provide us with a password for privacy reasons, we may skip the testing process, allowing you to test and back up the data yourself.. However, payment will be required upon receipt and we are not responsible for any problems that may arise subsequently, such as forgotten passwords or specific data not being available. It is important to note that when we repair a phone, the data is restored to the same condition as before the damage. We cannot selectively recover certain data and are not responsible for such matters.
Success rate
The likelihood of success depends entirely on the condition of the motherboard. In most of our cases, the success rate of data recovery is 95%. However, this success rate depends on the condition of your motherboard.
Please note that if the device has previously been tampered with by others, especially if it was an unsuccessful repair attempt, the likelihood of success may be reduced. This often depends on the state of the processor and hard drive. Some hobbyists may have damaged the processor or replaced the hard drive without the owner's knowledge.
It is important to understand that the processor in an iPhone cannot be replaced. The data on the hard drive is encrypted and uniquely associated with a specific processor. If you were to replace the processor, the new one would not be able to access data or even load iOS. Apple places great emphasis on data security and privacy.
How long does it take to recover?
The time required to recover data depends on the condition of the motherboard. We can provide a more accurate estimate after inspecting the board, which usually takes about 1-2 days, depending on our technician's schedule. In most cases, data recovery can be completed within 3-7 days after the owner agrees to our repair fee.
Will the device still work fully after this?
After data recovery, whether the device will be fully functional or not depends on the specific case. In some cases, the device may work normally after data recovery. However, in cases where some parts are encrypted and cannot be replaced, such as Face ID or Touch ID, or if the overall cost of repair is not justified, it may be more practical to extract the data and transfer it to a new iPhone.
Actual results may vary and can only be determined after we evaluate the device. We need to examine the device before giving a definitive answer on whether it will be fully functional or just for data recovery.
It is important to distinguish between full recovery and data recovery; these are two different options. Data recovery services are non-refundable once we have successfully restored the device to the point where it can turn on and be detected by the computer to back up your data.
If certain features are not working correctly, continuing with recovery could potentially compromise your data.
